Property
Overview
Through our affiliated company, Cogi, we have more than 50 years experience in property development, logistics, transport, industrial design in Hong Kong, China, Canada, the USA and Australia. We have consistently been committed to providing the best quality product and growing together with our partners. We were amongst the pioneers in Hong Kong companies in China, in both property development and in public transport and logistics. Our project investments total more than HK$5 billion.
Hong Kong
We began our property development activities in Hong Kong in the 1960s. Our projects include offices, retail shopping centres, apartments and entertainment centres in Hong Kong. In total, our property footprint exceeds 7 million square metres.
China
We expanded to China in 1980, one of the first Hong Kong property development companies to do so. Our projects include offices, hotels, shopping centres, and residential developments including apartments and villas. Our developments include a planned community in Shantou, China with luxury residences, sporting facilities and yacht club in a green oasis in the city. In addition to our property developments, we have also established an aluminium plant in Foshan, which produces more than 90 million tons of aluminium annually. Our logistics and taxi company division comprises more than 200 vehicles and we were amongst the first companies to provide direct transportation links between China and Hong Kong.
Canada
Our developments in Vancouver, Canada include the Strathmore Tower, Burnaby and in Coquitlam, B.C..
USA
Our presence in the US dates from 1982, when we entered the Los Angeles market, focusing on shopping mall developments. Our developments include the 45,000 square metre Great Wall Estates shopping mall and the Garvey Avenue Shopping Mal.
