Drawing from the Group’s roots in real estate, it remains as one of the Group’s key focus industries. We see real estate as a core diversifier in terms of asset allocation, which offers cash income, inflation protection and leveraging opportunities. Real Estate is unique because it straddles multiple categories – it’s physical and can generate long term stable income.
Instead of traditional development projects, we focus on unique opportunities, such as value-add projects, strategic propositions and distressed assets, and REITS. Our current investments include Sieger Affordable Housing ESG Fund, a project focused on building a high-yield housing portfolio backstopped by the US Federal government.
