Our Origin

Overview

Originated from Cogi Estates Ltd., we have accumulated over 50-year experience in property development, logistic and transportation in Hong Kong, China, Canada, the U.S., and Australia. We have consistently committed to providing the best quality product and growing alongside with our partners. We were amongst the pioneers in both property development and public transport and logistic, regarding cross border transactions in Hong Kong and China. Our real estate investments and logistic and transportation investments aggregated over HKD 5 billion.

 

 

Hong Kong

We began our property development activities in Hong Kong in 1960s. Our projects include commercial and residential buildings. Our footprint exceeds 7 million sq.m. in aggregate.

China

We expanded to China in 1980, one of the early movers in property development in China. Our developments include an urban development project in Shantou China with residentials, sporting facilities and yacht club adopting a green-oasis concept.

Apart from property development, we also engaged in industrial investments, including an aluminium plant in Foshan in 1980s, and logistics and transportation investments, including cross-border transportation fleets and taxi fleets in Shenzhen China.

Canada, U.S.A. and Australia

Our property development business also expanded into overseas market including Canada, U.S.A. and Australia markets. We developed around 45,000 sq.m. of shopping mall, namely Great Wall Estates Shopping Mall and the Garbey Avenue Shopping Mall, in Los Angeles, U.S.A. in 1982. We also developed high-rise residential towers, including the Strathmore Tower, in Burnaby and Coquitlam, B.C. Canada in the 1980s.
