Merger of VODone with KKFun and Listing on NASDAQ – October 2009
Genius Link Group and its affiliates led the investment of VODone into KKFun for an aggregate investment of about USD 39 million in October 2009, then subsequently transformed KKFun into now known as China Mobile Games and Entertainment Group, a leading mobile game producer and distributor in China and assisted the listing of China Mobile Games and Entertainment Group on NASDAQ.
