Acquisition of Genea Limited – August 2018
Genius Link Group and its affiliates led the buyout acquisition of the 3rd largest Australia fertility company for USD 247 million in August 2018.
Genea provides a range of assisted conception treatments, including infertility treatment and IVF, as well as having developed fertility technology used by more than 600 clinics across 60 countries at the time.
