Located in the heart of Riverina, NSW, Tree Tops has a total estate area of over 1,300 hectares, with 90,674 olive trees planted on 500 hectares of land and over 800 hectares of land to be developed.
Tree Tops has one of the most advanced olive processing plants in Australia, with machines capable of sorting and grading olives based on size and color. It has also invested in a number of downstream processing facilities, with an annual capacity of 2,500 tons of scanning and grading, 1,500 tons of pitting, five de-pitting and slicing machines with a total capacity of 0.5 tons of olives per hour, and an olive oil press with a capacity of 2.0 tons of olives per hour.
