Acquisition of Golden Harvest Entertainment and Merger with Orange Sky Entertainment – August 2008
Genius Link Group and its affiliates led the buyout of Golden Harvest Entertainment for about USD 88 million, then subsequently led the merger with Orange Sky Entertainment July 2008 and renamed to Orange Sky Golden Harvest. Our team took the responsibility of and act as the executive management of the merged entity Orange Sky Golden Harvest. We led the company to become a leading cinema operator in Asia in addition to its legacy as a renowned film producer and distributor in Asia.
Orange Sky Golden Harvest was the film producer and distributor for stars including Bruce Lee, Jackie Chan and Jet Li.
