Acquisition of Reproductive Healthcare and Merger with the Women’s Clinic – May 2018
Genius Link Group and its affiliates led the merger and acquisition of the two largest fertility clinics in Hong Kong for USD 36 million in May 2018.
The clinics were led by two renowned fertility doctors Prof. Milton Leong and Dr. Clement Ho, to create the largest fertility group in Hong Kong with three clinics and 15 doctors.
