United Virtue (Hong Kong) Group Ltd is a fertility group based in Hong Kong, primarily
focused on the provision of assisted reproduction services in Hainan under its wholly-owned
subsidiary Hainan Deya Hospital.
Hainan Deya Hospital is the first Hong Kong-funded specialized hospital awarded with all
assisted reproduction licenses (1st 2nd and 3rd generation licenses) in a single application.
It is led by Madam Luo Shengwei, the former Chairman of the Hong Kong Hospital Authority,
Mr. Anthony Wu, the pioneer of assisted reproduction medicine and Hong Kong’s father of IVF,
Prof. Milton K.H. Leong, and our Vice-Chairman.
